Molybdenum Boats

Molybdenum boats for resistive thermal vacuum evaporation. Made from rolled Mo plates and machined into standardised shapes or to customer design. Resistant to melting of most metals evaporated at low temperature: Al, Ag, Au, Cr, Ge.

• Standard sizes 50-150 mm L × 7-30 mm W × 0.5-2 mm t
• Shapes: flat rectangular, centre trough, dimple (central pocket)
• Mo >= 99.95% - compatible with Al, Au, Ag, Cr, Ge, In...
• Service temperature > 1 600 °C in vacuum < 10^-4 mbar
• Custom: any geometry to customer CAD drawing
