Copper-Phosphorus Brazing Rods

Copper-phosphorus brazing rods in BCuP-2 (Ag 0%, no flux needed on Cu) and BCuP-5 (Ag 15%, liquidus 800°C) alloys. Standard Ø 2–3 mm, 500 mm lengths or cut to size. Ideal for joints in cooling circuits, HVAC and copper plumbing.

• BCuP-2: flux-free on copper · BCuP-5: lower working temperature (800 °C)
• Fluid, non-brittle once solidified - ideal for thermal cycling
• Clean, bright joint with high mechanical strength (> 300 MPa)
• Compatible with brass, bronze and deoxidised copper (flux required on alloys)
